Recent research suggests that frequent sexual intercourse and  masturbation reduces prostrate cancer.   The study suggests that the fluids accumulated in the prostrate to produce semen might include carcinogens, and this stagnation can cause cancer; ejecting the fluids regularly will cleanse the prostrate.  But this is speculation; if you are interested in certainty, look to the cause of cancer, ultimately located in one's biological terrain in which symbiotic organisms turn parasitic when the diet becomes too acidic.  Prevent cancer with an alkaline pH diet. Masturbation - Prostrate Cancer
Two different studies were performed.  The first smaller Australian study revealed in July 2003 in New Scientist Magazine, compared 1079 men with prostrate cancer, against 1259 healthy men of the same age.  These men, ranging from age 20 to 50, were asked to fill out questionnaires about their sexual habits.  The study concluded that the more men ejaculated, the less likely they were to develop prostrate cancer.

The second larger US study followed 30,000 men for 8 years.  About 1,500 of them had prostrate cancer.  It found that the benefit to masturbation began at about 12 ejaculations per month, and for each increase of 3 ejaculations per week, the risk to prostrate cancer dropped about 15%.  However, the study suggested that it was unwarranted to ask men to change their sexual habits in order to reduce their risk.

Modern medicine does not explain what causes cancer, and prevention really means early detection.  Rather than play games with masturbation, you would do better to learn the cause of cancer, which then leads to a means of prevention.
