Tonsil Cancer Symptoms are described below. If you have tonsil cancer symptoms, people have benefited from herbal remedies such as ellagic acid, essiac, and graviola; and electromedicine offers Rife, Lakhovsky, and Beck devices. Cancer is caused by an overly acid diet that turns symbiotic organisms into parasites. Prevention is as simple as maintaining an alkaline diet.
The tonsils are located in the back of the throat, known as oropharynx. Tonsil cancer is a cancer of the head and neck, and is also called pharyngeal cancer. It develops in that part of the throat just behind your mouth called the pharynx, and includes the back third of the tongue, the soft palate, the area around the tonsils, and the very back of the throat. Tonsil cancer accounts for about 0.6% of cancers in the US, and occurs in people over the age of 50. Men outnumber women by three to one. A tumor that arises in the tonsils sometimes will travel into the lymphatics and float to the local lymph nodes. Typically, the majority of tonsil cancers travel (metastasize) to the regional lymph nodes before they are discovered. The larger the tumor is the greater the chance that it has metastasized. Tonsil cancer is mainly related to smoking and excessive alcohol, or any chronic irritant to the tissues. Repeated damage to the tissues can lead to cancer in later years. Stop smoking, and limit your use of alcohol; this is the best way to avoid tonsil cancer. Symptoms of Tonsil Cancer There is a lack of early symptoms. Some symptoms of tonsil cancer include: • Lump in the neck (a metastasis to the lymph nodes) • Sore throat • Blood in the saliva • Difficulty in eating • An excessively large tonsil on one side only • Weight loss • Sensation of mass in the throat
